You’ll find some of the most challenging and thrilling trails at Bonneyville Mill County Park. A 5.6-mile designated mountain bike trail provides mountain bikers a thrilling ride through wooded and rolling terrain. There are trails for beginner, intermediate, and expert riders. The trailhead is located in the meadow near the entrance to the Briar Patch Shelter.
53373 County Road 131 Bristol, IN 46507
Access Points: You can start near the schoolhouse or by the Briar patch shelter near the road. The best starting point for riders new to mountain biking is at the Briar Patch. The schoolhouse start does include some climbing at the beginning.
Michiana resident Tyler, aka The Michiana Madman, created his YouTube channel to help answer any questions a beginner mountain biker may have when they first start mountain biking.
The focus of his channel is to showcase the MTB trails in the Midwest region but also other parts of the country as well. How-to and DIY tutorials are sometimes posted as well as Product Reviews.
We here at NIMBA are thankful for all the videos he has created showcasing our trails.
